Hope's Kitchen - Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Hope's Kitchen Driver Portal account directly from within the app. Once submitted, your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.
This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
To delete your account in the app:
- Open the Hope's Kitchen Driver Portal app.
- Sign in to your account if required.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information, optionally provide a reason, and confirm your request.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account will be immediately deactivated.
- Your personal information will be de-identified.
- You will be signed out immediately.
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Delivery history will be retained for operational records without personal information.
Data retention
After an account deletion request, we may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate operational, security, audit, or legal reasons.
- De-identified delivery records for operational reporting.
- System logs for security and audit purposes.
- Any data required by law or for ongoing investigations.
